BLNR v. Crabtree
Supreme Court opinion released in 2024 finding against BLNR who had sued the Environmental Court and the Sierra Club based on false information provided by BLNR. The Environmental Court had capped water that could be diverted and the BLNR claimed that action contributed to the Lahaina fire disaster.
